Aims and Objectives
To provide 1 to 1 counselling and group support in a confidential and secure environment.
To promote and preserve and protect the mental health of persons suffering emotional distress.
To provide support for families experiencing difficulties as a result of communication breakdown and break up of family relationships.
To work in collaboration with other agencies to benefit families.
To promote good parenting skills.
To work with the cultural diversity of the community as well as recognising the needs of the wider community.
Our practice ethics, principles, values and policies in delivering therapy and offering accredited counselling courses (through our delivery partner Manchester Counselling Training Centre) are all underpinned by the BACP’s (British Association of Counselling and
Psychotherapy) and CPCAB (Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body). We maintain and protect client information and record keeping in accordance to statutory guidelines such as, The Data Protection Act and GDPR General Data Protection Regulation and compliance.
